Responsibility

• Evolve a short-term and long-term product vision & roadmap based on requirements gathered across consumer needs, market research, and industry trends.
• Drive product development by identifying opportunities, defining requirements, and collaborating with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support the development of internal tools and dashboards to improve team efficiency and operational visibility.
• Manage & coordinate with concerned teams toward product-related targets & milestones.
• Work closely with the Product lead and Founders on prioritisation of tasks & projects for every sprint.
• Leverage data analytics to identify consumer insights, market opportunities, and areas for improvement in user engagement & conversion rates.
• Experience in Analytical/MIS Tools/Product Analytics tools (Google Analytics/Mixpanel etc.)

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience with at least 1 year of Product Management experience.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering with good understanding of technical architectures.
• Track record of end-to-end product execution for atleast 1 major feature and delivering measurable business value.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong relationship builder who can foster partnerships across teams and influence without authority.
• Experience diving deep into complex problems and using data to drive decisions.
• High agency and ownership mentality with proven ability to execute independently.
• Experience with internal tools development is beneficial but not required.
• Keen interest in leveraging ongoing advancements in AI.
• Bonus: Experience in building operational dashboards and workflow automation tools.
