Responsibility

  • Proactive Lead Generation: Identify, research, and cultivate high-potential enterprise accountsthrough a combination of strategic outreach, networking, industry events, and collaborationwith marketing initiatives.
  • Lead Qualification: Thoroughly assess the needs, challenges, and fit of potential enterpriseclients, effectively qualifying leads to ensure alignment with Needl.ai's solutions and targetmarket.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Design and execute tailored sales strategies for key enterpriseaccounts, aligning long-term relationship building with aggressive revenue goals.
  • Consultative Selling: Position yourself as a trusted adviser, deeply understanding client pain points and demonstrating how Needl.ai's solutions provide clear ROI and address complex business challenges.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of Needl.ai's technologies and confidently engage in technical conversations with IT decision-makers.
  • Compelling Presentations & Proposals: Create and deliver persuasive presentations tailored to C-suite executives and key stakeholders, effectively highlighting the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Masterfully negotiate complex deals, secure profitable contracts, andovercome objections to achieve the ambitious revenue target.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, andcontribute to strategic sales planning.

    Qualifications

    • Proven Enterprise Sales Success: 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with aconsistent record of exceeding sales quotas. Experience in AI or related technology domains isstrongly preferred.
    • Hunter Mentality: A self-driven and relentless approach to identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities
    • Relationship Builder: Adept at forging long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers within large organizations.
    • Excellent Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills.
    • Strategic Thinker: Ability to understand enterprise-level business drivers, align solutionseffectively, and craft strategies for complex sales cycles.
    • Technical Acumen: Comfortable engaging in technical discussions and collaborating withdevelopment teams to address advanced client requirements.
    • Master's Degree: Required, preferably in business, computer science, or a related field.
