Key Responsibility

• Proven ability to own the Quality Engineering or Lead a team Quality Assurance Engineers.
• Prioritise and plan testing activities for the team members.
• Review and analyse requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely feedback.
• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Identify and report issues found and verify that issues are resolved.
• Perform regression testing.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with team members, cross-functional teams to ensure the Quality of Needl.ai Platform offering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
• 2+ years of experience in leading a team of Quality Assurance Engineers.
• Hands on exposure to Quality Assurance automation tools like playwright or cypress or selenium etc.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, related work experience.
