Sales Development Representative -North America

As our SDR, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our marketing and sales teams by conducting in-depth account and persona research to fuel personalized email communication campaigns and LinkedIn outreach. You'll be a data detective, unearthing valuable insights about target audiences and crafting compelling messages that resonate.This role carries a target to generate 50 meetings per quarter from the North American regions by doing an outbound approach.

Responsibility

Account & Persona Research:
  • Identify and research high-potential target accounts for Needl.ai, using internal data, industry reports, and other resources.
  • Develop detailed buyer personas, identifying pain points, motivations, and preferred communication channels for specific customer segments.
  • Analyze competitive landscapes and highlight Needl.ai's unique value proposition for target accounts
  • Maintain and update internal databases with accurate and relevant account information.
    Email Personalization & Content Creation:
    • Assist with crafting personalized email communication campaigns tailored to specific target accounts and personas.
    • Develop catchy subject lines, compelling email copy, and relevant calls to action based on research findings.
    • Proofread and edited email content for clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency
    • Analyze email campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
    Marketing Support:
    • Assist with various marketing tasks, including social media management, website contentcreation, and event planning.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing and emailpersonalization.
    • Be a proactive and independent learner, eager to contribute to the team's success.

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of experience as SDR with a SaaS company.
    • Strong research and analytical skills, with experience in gathering and analyzing data from various sources.
    • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content.
    • Familiarity with marketing principles, email marketing best practices, and buyer persona development.
    • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn sales navigator.
    • Proficient in using digital research tools and data analysis software.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
    • Passion for learning, curiosity about B2B marketing, and a willingness to roll up your sleevesand contribute.
