Key Responsibility

• Customer Deployment: Design, deploy and support of Needl.AI solutions on public cloud platforms and on-prem set-up.
• Solution Design: Understand customer use-case and design cloud-based Needl.AI solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
• Automation & IAC: Utilize tools like Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes and GitHub Actions to automate deployment and manage infrastructure.
• Scalability & Optimization: Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the cloud infrastructure to support AI workloads at scale.
• Collaboration: Work with the engineering team, product managers, and clients to ensure smooth integration and deployment of cloud-based solutions.
• Customer Success: Provide ongoing support for customer deployments, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Best Practices & Architecture: Implement best practices for cloud architecture, ensuring high-quality design, efficient performance, and good documentation for repeatable and scalable solutions.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and help establish best practices for clouddeployments within the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role,with a proven track record of working on cloud deployments.
• Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) with a strong understanding of cloud architecture, services, and deployment strategies.
• Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency in tools such as Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Automation & CI/CD: Strong experience in automating cloud infrastructure and workflows using GitHub Actions and Python scripts.
• Solution Design: Proven ability to design cloud solutions that meet customer needs, including experience with scalability, security, and cost optimization.
• Excellent Security Best Practices: Expertise in implementing security best practices for cloud-based AI solutions, analytical and multitasking skills.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex cloud issues.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (orequivalent work experience).
