Credit and capital markets, read in full

Needl.ai is built for the credit, capital markets and compliance teams of banks and lenders. It writes credit reports from a borrower's filings, runs diligence on private credit deals, summarises offer documents and grades every new regulatory update, with sources on each.

Where Needl.ai fits the bank

Four jobs that run on long documents, for the teams that lend, the teams that bring issuers to market and the teams that keep the bank compliant.

A credit report that opens with the credit view and the figures behind it, beside the three documents it cites

A credit view from the borrower's own filings

The report opens with the credit view and the figures behind it, then covers the business, cash flows, debt and liquidity, and what to monitor. It states only ratings an agency has assigned and never forms one of its own.

From
Annual reports, results and the filings you follow
You get
A cited credit report in the order a committee reads
A covenant analysis ranking three facilities by claim priority, with a definition risk and two waivers, beside a high-severity red flag
A prospectus summarised in fixed sections, from the investment snapshot to the use of proceeds and the risks, with the price band relayed as stated
A daily regulatory brief graded high, medium and low, each item with its authority and a note

For every team that reads for the bank

The reading and the first draft are done for each team, and every decision stays with the people who own it.

Frequently asked questions

What banks ask before they start.

Is it for retail lending, payments or KYC?

No. It is built for credit, capital markets and compliance teams that work from long documents: borrower filings, offer documents, credit agreements and regulatory updates.

How do you keep invented figures out?

Every section of a report is written from the documents and names its sources. A credit report states only ratings an agency has assigned, and a regulatory item that cannot be graded is held back rather than sent unlabelled.

Can reports follow our credit memo format?

Yes. A finished report can be saved as a template, and new reports follow its sections and order.

Which regulators can it follow?

The regulator, central bank and legislature sites you choose, including sites behind a login. Items in other languages are translated in full before they are graded.

We already use a general AI assistant. Why add Needl.ai?

Keep it. Needl.ai reads your credit files, the filings and your regulatory sources together, follows each person's permissions, and shows the source behind every answer.

Does our data leave the bank?

It can run in your own cloud account, in your region. It is never used for training, answers follow each person's permissions, and we delete data on request.

See it on a borrower you know

Bring a borrower's filings or a recent offer document, and see the credit report, the summary and the regulatory brief on your own sources.
