This feature keeps you updated on important changes and potential issues, enabling you to act promptly.

How to Use Early Warning Signals Assistant: Step-by-Step Guide

Creating Your Assistant

Navigate to the Assistants Dashboard: Open the left navigation bar and click on "Assistants."

Select Your Assistant Type: Select the assistant type as "Early Warning Signals" from the Assistant.

•

Selecting or Creating Portfolios for Input: In the "Input" section, choose from the existing portfolios or create a new one to specify the companies you're interested in. You can select one or more portfolios.

Note: In case you have not created an assistant, click on ‘Create New Portfolio’ from the dropdown and add a list of companies that you want to track.

Track Events: Monitor specific events, such as Equity Fund Raising and Financial Reports, sourced from BSE filings, in both Indian and US capital markets.

Enable the "Select all and Auto add future events" checkboxes to ensure you receive updates on all relevant events, including those we add in the future.

Output

In the "Output" section, select Email or WhatsApp both according to where you want to receive updates from your assistant. Set up your WhatsApp with the OTP verification.

Give your assistant a desired name for easy identification.

•

Click "Create Assistant" to activate your new information powerhouse.

Managing Your Assistant

Your newly created assistant will be displayed in the "Assistants" section of the dashboard.

•

You can change the status of the assistant by toggling the switch to pause or activate it.

•

Use the pencil icon to edit an assistant. You will be redirected to the Assistant Builder, where you can follow the same steps as when you initially created the assistant and make necessary changes.

Use the delete icon to permanently remove an assistant.

- Click save to apply changes.

‍To completely stop receiving notifications:
- Navigate to the Assistant Dashboard.
- In the status column, turn off the corresponding assistant to stop all notifications.

How do I add or remove companies for which I receive alerts?

To add or remove companies, you need to either create or select a new portfolio or edit the existing portfolio within the Assistant. Once updated, the alerts will automatically reflect the changes.
