How to Request a Hard Drive Upload
To initiate the process, please send an email to
support@needl.ai with the subject line:
Upload from Hard Disk. In your email, kindly provide any relevant details about the data and your requirements.
Secure Handling of Your Hard Drive
Once we receive your hard drive, it will be stored in a secure, monitored location. The data will be uploaded to the cloud by a single, authorized operations team member to ensure consistency and confidentiality.
After the upload is complete, your hard drive will be shipped back to you. We will also maintain a full log of all access to the disk, ensuring compliance with industry-standard privacy and security best practices.
