Step 1: Sign Up

Visit the
NeedlPulse homepage and sign up using SSO.
Step 2: Enter the WhatsApp number and Verify
•
After signing up, you will be prompted to enter your WhatsApp number.
•
Click on "Send OTP" to receive a One-Time Password (OTP) as an SMS.
•
Enter the OTP in the verification field and click on "Verify."
Step 3: Accept Meta's Terms and Conditions
•
In case you are not receiving updates, accept Meta's terms and conditions by clicking
here.
Step 4: Select Companies to Track
•
Select the companies you would want to track and save the portfolio.
•
You can add companies by searching or uploading a CSV file.
Step 5: Start Receiving Updates
•
Once your portfolio is set, you will automatically receive timely updates and alerts on your WhatsApp.
Editing Your Details
If you need to update your contact number or Name, follow these steps:
1.
Click on the edit button on your profile page.
•
Go to your profile page.
•
Click on the "Edit" button next to your contact information.
2.
Enter the new phone number and click on "Save."
•
Enter your new WhatsApp number in the provided field.
•
Click on the "Save" button to update your contact details.
3.
Verify the new phone number.
•
You will receive an OTP on your new number.
•
Enter the OTP in the verification field and click on "Verify."
•
Once verified, your number will be updated, and you will start receiving updates on your new number.

Ensure you have accepted Meta's terms and conditions by clicking this link in your NeedlPulse account settings. Verify that your WhatsApp number is correct and active.

Yes, you can add or remove companies from your portfolio at any time by navigating to the portfolio section, making your selections, and saving your changes.
